We want you to experience the full recovery benefits of OOFOS, so we offer a 30-day trial period on all footwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the unworn or trial-tested footwear in its original packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
